I. Terms and conditions of the Dresden Escort agency

These terms and conditions govern both the introduction services provided by the Dresden Escort agency, hereinafter referred to as the Agent, and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as the Lady. The recipient of the respective service is referred to as the Client. Statutory provisions remain unaffected.

1. Contract with the Agent

The Agent arranges contracts between the Client and the Lady for services provided as part of a companionship service. Further details are governed by the respective Lady's terms and conditions and/or her individual contractual agreements. The Agent's role is to arrange the services requested by the Client in the proper manner. The specific service to be provided by the Lady does not form part of the contract with the Agent.

2. Obligations of the Agent

The Agent's offers are non-binding. The Agent will endeavour to facilitate a contract between the Client and the Lady for the requested services.

3. Visual and written presentation of the Ladies' services by the Agent.

These descriptions are based on information and materials supplied by the respective Lady. The Agent accepts no responsibility for the content of this information or these materials.

4. Payment and authority to receive funds

The Client is not charged a separate fee for the introduction. Payment for the respective services is settled directly between the Client and the Lady. Where, in exceptional circumstances, the Agent is authorised to accept payment, the Agent has the appropriate authority to receive those funds.

II. Terms and conditions of the Ladies

1. Nature and scope of the Ladies' services

The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the Lady to the Client are determined by the respective agreements with the Client and these terms and conditions.

2. Booking – conclusion of contract

A contract between the Lady and the Client is formed only when the Lady accepts the Client's non-binding booking enquiry.

3. Fee

The respective fee relates exclusively to the Ladies' time and company and not to any additional services.
